Normally Both. Chair to start. Table next. Then back to the chair for "after care" discussion and a bit of chitchat since I've been with the same docs for years.... Managing an almost lifelong illness.

I sit in the chair unless directed otherwise. Sitting on the exam table makes me feel little and more scared, I think. :/
