Hi Readers, Just in case it’s hard to visualize what this contraption is in my body… here are some photos.
Above is a photo I took at dialysis to help guide me in case of emergency, which is FRIGHTENING and I hope no one ever has to do it. And I got conflicting instructions, but luckily I’m passed worrying about that.
It’s a great companion to the diagram below:

We call it the danger zone.

The red and blue tips connect to the tubes on the dialysis machine. One is incoming and the other outgoing.
Trying to keep a baby from messing with it and always staying dry was a true challenge.
